The Centralized Scheduling Call Center provides appointment services for all of the Riverside County Family Care Centers. It streamlines the process of pre-registering, while reducing wait times once you arrive at our health centers. You can use the Call Center for scheduling, canceling, rescheduling appointments.
What you need available when you call:
• Your Family Care Center medical record number, if available
• Pencil or pen
• Calendar with dates you are available for an appointment
• Idea of your needs, symptoms
• Information about your insurance or payment plan
