The Centralized Scheduling Call Center provides appointment services for all of the Riverside County Family Care Centers. It streamlines the process of pre-registering, while reducing wait times once you arrive at our health centers. You can use the Call Center for rescheduling, canceling, and setting up new appointments.

What you need available when you call:

• Your Social Security number
• Pencil or pen
• Calendar with dates you are available for an appointment
• Idea of your needs, symptoms
• Information about your insurance or payment plan
