Program
Basic contraceptive services include physical exams, laboratory testing (including pap smear), information, education, counseling, referral, pregnancy testing, birth control methods, and counseling.

Eligibility/Fees
Family P.A.C.T. state-only provider. Medi-Cal and private insurance are accepted. Non-Medi-Cal clients are financially screened for eligibility for State Family P.A.C.T./Federal family planning funding, whereby client fees are based on a sliding fee schedule according to income and family size. No parental consent required.

All Family Care Centers. Call the Centralized Scheduling center to schedule your appointment today! Teen Clinics are held in all the clinic locations.
