ABILITY TO PAY (Sliding Fee Scale)
Patients who do not have health insurance coverage, may qualify for the County of Riverside Ability to Pay Sliding Fee program. To qualify, you must present proof of family income in order to receive the Sliding Fee Scale discount; the level of income will determine how much of a discount you will receive; a minimum of $35.00 for returning patients or a minimum of $ 50.00 for new patients. Patients who have Medicare, Medi-Cal or other coverage, please see appropriate section.
Most services are eligible to receive a sliding fee scale discount, with the exception of prenatal, travel immunizations, adult immunizations, pre-employment/training physicals, school physicals, and health screenings for foster parents.

CHILD HEALTH AND DISABILITY PREVENTION PROGRAM (CHDP)
We process applications and enroll patients who require the State of California’s Child Health and Disability Prevention program (CHDP). CHDP provides health assessments, hearing and vision testing, laboratory testing, immunizations and health education for California children.

FAMILY P.A.C.T.
We accept and enroll patients requiring services of the State of California Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment (Family P.A.C.T.) programs. Family P.A.C.T. is a comprehensive family planning clinical program. It is comprehensive because it includes family planning methods and related reproductive health together with client-centered health education and counseling.

HEALTHY FAMILIES
The Healthy Kids program is low-cost insurance that provides health, dental, and vision coverage to children up to their 19th birthday, who do not have health insurance and do not qualify for no-cost Medi-cal. The program is funded by the federal and state governments, and is administered by California's Managed Risk Medical Insurance Board (MRMIB)

a) are under 19

COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE MISP PROGRAM
County of Riverside residents, who may not otherwise qualify for Medi-Cal, might be able to qualify for the County of Riverside MISP program. The MISP program provides primary care (outpatient) through the county network of clinics.
MEDICARE
We are certified Medicare part b providers, and will accept Medicare assignment. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we can waive your Medicare deductible and any co-insurance requirement, for all Medicare covered services you receive at our clinics.
