Our Family Care Centers offer a full-range of senior medical services.

Services
Cancer screening, diabetes management, nutrition management, pain management, osteoporosis prevention and management. Including screenings, immunizations, Flu shots, treatments and writing of prescriptions. Referrals to specialist, hospitalization and other appropriate agency's made as needed. Translation services are also available.

Fees
Medicare and private insurance are both accepted. Our helpful staff will assist you in determining which programs are available to help pay for the services you need. see payment options for further information.
